Our bed-and-breakfast accommodations will be available soon, as well, housed in the historic home Alexis LaTour built in 1835 in Ville Platte. Using bousillage construction, it was one of the oldest dwellings in that community until it was relocated to its current St. Landry Parish site in 1998. Undergoing historically accurate refurbishment now, the home is the centerpiece of an actual small farm with gardens, animals and a pond. Our bed-and-breakfast accommodations will be a perfect getaway retreat.
